Carolina Gold Realty is locally owned and operated by lifelong native Drew Swinnie, broker-in-charge, and his wife, Keels Swinnie, a Pawleys Island native. With 20 years as a realtor, Drew and Keels founded the company on local knowledge and know-how to serve the needs of both buyers and sellers across the Lowcountry.
With Keels’ background in interior design and Drew’s construction experience, they make a perfect team, helping and understanding clients’ wants and wishes, helping sellers overcome design hurdles and helping buyers envision or reconfigure spaces that better fit their lives, often without the expense of a remodel. Drew’s love for offshore fishing and hunting also gives him a firsthand understanding of the wide range of lifestyle priorities clients consider when moving to the Lowcountry.
